Pipeline Stages
Target Groups

Long term unemployed 18 – 65 year olds  

OHMEET is an employability programme that offers training and supported work placements for long-term unemployed adults.

 

The programme builds on self-confidence, core skills and updating vocational skills in order to improve the prospect of a sustained and full time return to work.

 

The target group are 18 to 65 year old adults who are long term unemployed and who are facing barriers to employment.

​

The Comhairle’s project officer liaises with partner agencies i.e. Jobcentre Plus on the referral of potential participants who wish to access the OHMEET Programme.
